The semi-detached house is characterized by a reserved, simple architectural language with a pinch of playfulness.

The separate house entrances are accessed via a private forecourt, which has a tree and two outdoor parking spaces. The slightly recessed entrance to the house is protected from the weather.

The southern garden level offers a wonderful view of the Alps.
