The project plot corresponds to a construction area within a design plan.

The development of 11 single-family houses is located between the residential zone on the east side and the village center zone to the west and ideally connects both parts of the village through its location and grain.

The setting of the individual building volumes follows the slope of the slope and allows it to be felt and experienced as a formative and exciting characteristic of this place.

The height offset by a mezzanine within each building also creates a reference to this experience inside. This also allows for a compact floor plan design, which can make optimal use of the advantages of this design on every floor.
