The project was taken over after a preliminary study for project planning, execution as well as detailed planning. The six flats on the three main floors were renovated in a contemporary style, while the façades were also adapted to the energy requirements and, thanks to the light beige travertine stone, blend harmoniously into the spacious garden and the immediate neighbourhood.

The existing, unusable hipped roof is to be replaced by a parapet storey, giving the structure a roof termination that is more in keeping with it, and joining the existing flat-roofed buildings in the vicinity.
