The new three-story apartment building with an attic on Frohalpstrasse in Zurich Wollishofen houses 11 rental apartments, the larger of which are characterized by several private outdoor spaces as seating or balconies. These apartments are also oriented on three sides. The volumetric offset caused by the staggering makes the building appear more fine-grained and blends in with the smaller, original residential buildings in the area.
